Earlier this year, we were accredited for the 4th consecutive year as an official 'Great Place To Work'. It is an amazingly valuable experience to have the business audited externally by Great Places to Work and particularly the emphasis they place on their Trust Index – a measurement of how our team members feel within the business. This information makes sure we continue to drive improvements, as we have done over the last 4 consecutive years of Great Places to Work. But hold on... You didn't think we'd forget about being nominated in 2017 for the Recruiter Awards did you?! We had the honour of being shortlisted in three different categories at the Recruiter Awards. We're always open to starting new sports clubs and initiatives, like our current ping pong league. LONDON MARATHON RUNNERS 2018 - DOM & ROB!
We're very sociable here at JITR and helping hundreds of people to solve their recruitment needs means that we have become a customer orientated business with people at the heart of all that we do. But we don't just support people within their career, we do the same for charities and society at large. Last year, we raised a whopping £13,882 for Mind Charity, so no one has to face a mental health problem alone. From many charity bake-offs through the year, to a small team taking on the obstacles at Rough Runner and even two of our team running the Royal Parks Foundation half marathon, we've had a mammoth of a year raising money for our chosen charity. But we're not letting it end there... This year, we've chosen to support Ambitious About Autism and we're planning on raising a hell of a lot more! From skydiving to the London Marathon in April, this year is going to be our year for charity.
