Commission is paid out quarterly. If you hit your your quarterly target you'll receive 20% of everything billed. There are further kickers to earn 22.5% and 25% of everything billed. You will still earn if you miss your targets, but let's not think about that. If you introduce a piece of new business and then place someone, you automatically get 25% of the total fee.

Who I'd like to join us

We're looking for a confident person with a background in digital advertising or marketing. Obviously recruitment experience in these areas would be a plus. If you're a proven biller looking for more autonomy in a relaxed environment then this could be perfect. Basically, this is an opportunity for someone that wants to get on with their job in the manner they see fit to get best results. No micro-management here.

How we work

We head-hunt. We take a brief(s) from our client and then make it our mission to find the best people possible that suit the role, that often aren't 'actively' in-market. We take pride in offering the best customer service possible, to both clients and candidates. We do such a great job that our candidates and clients refer their industry mates to us on a regular basis. Watch the video for more.

A Bit of History...

I started my media career at Dennis Publishing (magazines - old school) before quickly progressing to Emap Advertising (now Bauer). At Emap, I worked across a selection of music titles before moving into a pure digital account management position selling creative solutions across music and lifestyle brands. My media owner experience proved invaluable in developing relationships with clients and candidates when I made the move into digital media recruitment. I joined another agency as their first employee โ€“ working alongside the 2 managing partners, rising to Head of Digital media, before moving on and founding Silverdrum. We've been going for 4 years now and have a strong brand and some great clients. I'm looking to build out the team with like-minded people, who want to make an impact with current clients and potentially look at new areas also. Always happy to chat through the full Silverdrum story and plans for the future with anyone interested!

Our Client are across 3 key area's; Media Owner, Media Agency & Ad-Tech
