As well as promoting collaboration across the business, we look to engage with staff and take on board feedback to look at ways that we can continue to improve as a business. We have a Charity Secretary who is responsible for overseeing our fundraising targets, by organising optional events as well as company-wide events aimed at giving back to the local community. All staff are actively encouraged to participate and are offered flexible working to participate in charitable work.

At Sartre we recognise our responsibility of handling people’s career. We do not believe in a one size fits all development program, and purposely created a flexible program that can cater to an individual’s development needs and experience level. Our training & development program is split into 3 key parts: SARTRE ACADEMY This summer we are launching our very first Sartre academy which is a 3 month intense training program for those new to recruitment. The program is 12 modules and is a mixture of class room training, group exercises and desk rotation. SARTRE LEARNING We run a internal and external seminars to further develop our staff's knowledge ANNUAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Each staff member is set up on their own personalised, ongoing development program SARTRE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM We also have recently implemented a separate Leadership development program, which runs for existing management as well as introdution to management program for future leaders of the business.
