Mark Warburton set up Pioneer Search 7 years ago to deliver a consultative recruitment experience for candidates within IT and clients within Financial Services. Since then Pioneer has grown and evolved into the business it is today. We have 5 teams; Core Technology, Change & Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security & Cloud and Electronics Engineering. Dependent on level you will either be working alongside a Senior colleague on existing positions or managing accounts and developing your own new business to sell your candidates too. Our Charity for 2019
As part of Pioneer Search's journey I felt it was important to give something back. To select a charity each Pioneer pitched a charity they would personally like to work with and as a company we all voted for the charity Pioneer Search would support in 2019. Pioneer have some serious growth plans! Year on year we have and are looking to increase our turnover and staff; since 2016 we have seen 80% in growth each year with the aim to be an £11,000,000 turnover company by the end of 2019 with 24 staff.
In February 2017, I did something epic. I moved from South Africa to London. On the Sunday I moved… on the Monday I interviewed at Pioneer Search… on the Tuesday I accepted and on the following Monday I begun my (very fresh) career in recruitment. Guess what, I am still here! After three years in England I have learned a few things. Not all recruitment companies are born equal and not all recruiters care. We have a snazzy phone system where all you have to do is click a button and it will dial out whilst also opening the correct CRM (Bullhorn) tab to make notes. We have Cube19 built into our CRM which is set up on an individual basis, so you can see how you're doing throughout the week. This also links to the 2 TV screens in the office that show team events, stats for the month taken directly from the CRM and show all new deals- where you'll get to pick your own deal music! We also use Broadbean which sits within our CRM system so you post adverts out at a click of a button. It also allows you to flag candidates within the CRM which will automatically add your star candidates to the system! We aim to try and make your life as easy as possible so we are always looking for new and innovative products to achieve this!
