Job Summary

DUTIES & TASKS:
· The employee will develop and then utilise their knowledge of consulting sectors, clients and trends to identify entrepreneurial opportunities. 
· Generate revenue through placement of candidates, the sale of retained search campaigns and/or mapping and competitor insight. 
· Carry out headhunt, business development and contact calls and approaches and conduct face to face meetings. 
· Manage and harbour relationships with existing and potential clients. 
· Proactively network. 
· Take responsibility for the creation and delivery of proposals and presentations. 
· Take responsibility for the creation of whitepapers.  
· Take responsibility for the creation of market maps and org charts and update regularly.  
· Book in and run client meetings. 
· Communicate company pitches in client meetings. 
· Write and give presentations on own subject matter. 
· Maintain and improve company database composed of contacts, market insight and competitor data. 
· Full 360 skills in business development and job order qualification. 
· Take responsibility for full terms of business negotiation. 
· Bringing and developing new client accounts for River.  
· Take responsibility for increasing River’s average fee via terms negotiation and placing senior stag candidates.
