Job Description:
As a Delivery Consultant at Elev8 Engineering, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and delivering top-tier talent to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including database searches, networking, job boards, and social media, to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the interview process, providing timely feedback and support to ensure a positive experience
- Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with clients and candidates to facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits, and other terms
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform recruitment strategies and advise clients
- Administrative Tasks: Manage candidate documentation, including resumes, contracts, and compliance requirements, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering or construction sector.
Proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
