The Opportunity

This position will be part of our professional services practice, focussing on permanent placements in the mid-level HR market.

This is a busy and growing market for us, where we currently have a large volume of work. 

The team support clients in areas including HR Business Partner, recruitment, L&D, resourcing, and ED&I - to name but a few. We work with a really broad range of professional services firms including management consultancies, accountancy, legal and property firms, offering a rich and hugely interesting portfolio.

This is one the most active sectors of the market and as such requires someone who has speed and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once. That needs to be combined with a passion for great service and ensuring our clients exacting standards are not just met, but surpassed.

This is a 360 degree role so will include client management, delivery, business development and working closely with our wider team of experienced recruiters.
