The Opportunity

This position will focus on HR permanent placements in the mid and senior HR market. This is a busy and growing market for us where we currently have a large volume of work. Examples of positions we support our clients in hiring include Chief People Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards Manager, Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader, HR Business Partner, VP Learning & Development, Head of Benefits and so much more. A lot of these searches are based in the tri-state area but we do work nationally and we are continuing this geographic expansion. We work with a very diverse portfolio of clients from Tech Start-ups to Pharma, International Banks, Law Firms, Retail and Consumer Good giants and everything in between. This role will focus on client management, delivery and business development and work closely with our team of experienced Recruiters.
