Paid monthly - 25% of billings over threshold Day rate improvement incentive – Month on month increase and get 30% Top up to 30% @ 6 months if over threshold Annual top based on % below if threshold achieved: • Billings up to £139,999 - 30% of total billings less your base salary • Billings between £140,000 and £179,999 - 33% of total billings less your base salary • Billings over £180,000 – 35% of total billings less your base salary 10% over annual target – Incentive prizes (E.g. weekends away / gift packages) 20% over annual target – Incentive prizes (Week long holiday / trips / experiences)

Thames Valley Manager

This desk is focusing on placing HR talent on an interim basis in to our TV division. Fees on this desk range. This will be a dual desk as a growth market for us. This space as been ran by one manager for the last 9 months and are now ready to expand! This role offers a broad industry range working with brands such as Hachette, Vodafone, Microsoft, oodle finance, Manhattan associates . The focus is on the mid to senior market. Warm desk as relationships are there but need to build and create more noise in the market. You'll be working with one other in TV but will form part of the wider C&I team in London.
