This is a hot desk working across third sector. Not for profit experience is preferable or an interest to work with charities and public services. Fee sizes are typically between £12 to £25k so plenty of opportunity to boost your earnings. We work with C&I Brands mainly may include Harrods, Loreal, ASOS, Skanska, Murphy, Hitachi amongst others. This is a warm to hot desk where success is based around customer relationships and meeting face to face. You'll be reporting in to Martha and working alongside 2 other consultants within a larger C&I team of 19.
Paid monthly - 25% of billings over threshold Top up to 30% @ 6 months if over threshold Annual top based on % below if threshold achieved: • Billings up to £139,999 - 30% of total billings less your base salary • Billings between £140,000 and £179,999 - 33% of total billings less your base salary • Billings over £180,000 – 35% of total billings less your base salary 10% over annual target – Incentive prizes (E.g. weekends away / gift packages) 20% over annual target – Incentive prizes (Week long holiday / trips / experiences)
