You’ll be taking ownership of the entire sales process from sourcing CVs to closing deals. Developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring the best potential matches for vacancies. Generating leads and building your database of client and candidate contacts. Negotiating, influencing and selling to secure new positions for industry professionals. Advertising vacancies in a creative way in order to attract the best caliber candidates. Building an in-depth knowledge of your this specific industry and become an expert. Working closely with the other members of the team to help resource and cross sell. Working day to day across multiple channels across Digital Marketing including PPC, SEO, CRM, Paid Social, Multi-channel and Ecommerce.
