The role

An exciting opportunity for a senior recruitment consultant with extensive knowledge and experience who can demonstrate having worked within a similar environment. The successful person will be able to over achieve targets and provide an excellent service to our clients. Our customer is a global technology business that provides software as a service and products for inbound email security, outbound data loss prevention, social media, mobile devices, digital risk and email encryption amongst others.

We're looking for..

An experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant to work three days a week at our client’s site based in the M4 corridor, one day based at our London HQ (EC1) and one day from home. This is a fixed term role lasting 12 months. • Prepared to work as part of a close knit team • Open minded approach to all challenges • Strong and persuasive nature, ability to influence key decision makers • Have a track record of achievement in Recruitment sales, business development, sales and/or Account management • Professional in all aspects of presentation and client delivery • Excellent numerical skills • Commercially astute • Ambitious & tenacious • Excellent communicator • Can do attitude • Excellent networking abilities • Strong influence and persuasion skills

The Essentials:

• Experience in managing complex contract recruitment solutions • Experience of project based contract and permanent recruitment • Experience of permanent recruitment of senior level candidates • Excellent account management skills, empathy, and patience • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills

Desirable:

• Consultative approach to business development and client management • Experienced negotiator and closer • Track record of target over achievement • Demonstrable evidence of the understanding of the Corporate contract procurement procedures • Enthusiastic, hard working with a mature attitude • Able to foster a professional working environment for sales and operational staff • Ability to manage one-self and be independently driven • Ability and experience working in a highly fast paced environment • Very good planner who keeps things on schedule and delivers on or before required time line
