What Hunted Says
An ethical recruitment business focussed on employee development; Parity are niche specialists across product, marketing & communications. They’re a tight-knit team with excellent delivery rates, and deep client relationships.
Parity Consulting is built on a reputation for results driven excellence. Voted as one of Australia’s Fastest Starters by BRW in 2015 and with award winning consultants who have International industry experience, our success rate is exceptionally high as one of Australia’s leading Product, Marketing and Communications recruitment consultancies.
An opportunity has arisen through business growth to work very closely with the founder and Director on the flagship Product Management desk. It is a part time role or full time role (4 or 5 days per week) account managing and delivering on mid to senior level management roles in Product Management.
You will receive technical Product Management training, alongside 3 months of solid client/applicant introductions. This role does not require you to business develop, only resource the existing accounts.
The training and development of Parity’s consultants is integral to our business. Our consultants are supported with their individual career and professional development goals, and a high achieving team culture leads Parity’s success.
The Director is passionate about training ‘Best of Breed’ consultants and is always keen to meet recruitment professionals who resonate with Parity’s values, and are focused relationship developers who enjoy the consultative and advisory aspect of recruitment.
