The Team

We are very proud to say that Team Drinks is the highest performing team within New Chapter and through the years have recruited for some of the biggest names in the drinks industry. Some examples include Bacardi; Innocent; Laurent Perrier; Lanson; Britvic; E&J Gallo and Moet Hennessy to name just a handful! We are a close-knit team who work closely recruiting sales and marketing positions for these fantastic companies. We work hard and play harder, celebrating hitting our monthly team targets by going out for breakfast at some of the coolest spots in London such as The Ritz, Duck and Waffle and The Shard. We have also all just hit our annual team target and will be celebrating this together as team in LISBON this September (previous years have seen us travel to Miami, Ibiza, and Las Vegas! - next year is NYC!) Other great benefits include flexible hours; work from home days; free weekly breakfasts; extended gym lunches; up to 40% commission as well as quarterly and annual bonuses.

The Role

You will be encouraged to develop new relationships as well as manage some existing clients that we have within the drinks industry. This could be spirits, soft drinks, beer or hot beverage companies. Whatever tickles your fancy! Your job will be to recruit mid-senior sales positions for these companies. The longer term goal would be for you to recruit and grow your own team.

You will have 2+ years proven recruitment experience, ideally within FMCG or sales, but not essential. You will be a self-starter who can also work collaboratively with an innate desire to succeed. It is important that you have previously worked in a 360 recruitment role, where you can business develop like a pro whilst also be a proficient head-hunter. We are a close-knit team, so someone that wants to get involved in after work drinks and/ or incentive days and can add to the energy in the team would be a welcome addition.
