We are a team of 18 in Leeds, which includes myself as the Talent & Development Manager and the MD. We also have a team in London, we meet up a lot for social activities and training, of course it brings some healthy competition too! We have just moved into a brand new office, equipped with an X-Box and a pool table (and a fridge full of beer) and we’re constantly out for drinks after work! You’ll report into a Divisional Manager of a really successful team which will give you a great platform to boost your own performance.
You will have a great deal of support, making the transition from one consultancy to another. Progression and promotion is a really key thing for us, we want you to come on board, build a successful desk, grow a team around you and we’ll support you to be the best that you can be. You’ll have me, the Talent & Development Manager completely dedicated to your success and progression within New Chapter. The MD will always be involved too…he’s inspirational and someone you’ll learn a great deal from.
