We focus on the recruitment of permanent & interim middle to senior management roles and recruit across a range of job functions including Sales & Marketing, Category Management, Engineering, Operations & Production, NPD & Technical, R&D and Packaging. Our clients range from multinational brand leaders and major customer own label manufacturers through to some of the most exciting and innovative rising stars in the FMCG world.

Commission Structure...

You can earn up to 40% uncapped commission. The more you bill over the financial year, the more commission you earn. £0 - £49,999 = 10% £50,000 - £99,999 = 20% £100,000 - £119,999 = 30% £120,000 - £149,999 = 35% £150,000 + = 40%..that's right..40% commission.

The path to success...

We have own dedicated Talent & Development manager who creates bespoke development plans for each consultant. We have two separate on-going training courses. Rising Stars is designed specifically for those at an earlier stage in their career. Sessions have included advanced negotiation skills & time management. Alongside this, we also have a Future Leaders programme. This is designed specifically for either existing or new managers. This is when we really look at the more advanced features and elements of this role with topics covered including client contact courses and emotional intelligence sessions. We believe if we get it right at the top this will have an impact throughout the business. These are designed by us, for you. We also utilise external trainers to ensure we're consistently bringing in fresh ideas.

Every year, we partner with a new charity and we work together throughout the year to raise money for it. Events have included a bike ride to Paris, raffles, quizzes and bake sales. Charities have included The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, The MS Society and The Barts Charity.

We're going places!! We've just opened up a new office in Manchester, relocated our Leeds head office and have just moved into a swanky new space in London. By the year 2020, we aim to have our first international office - we're thinking New York!!
