It’s the first tangible interaction you have with a potential candidate, so it should be a positive and memorable experience. We’re looking for an experienced resourcer to immerse themselves in long-term RPO projects, working as an extension of our clients’ recruitment teams. And you’ll put the candidate at the heart of everything you do. You’ll use traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage with talent, screen and interview potential candidates, and take the lead on briefing calls and weekly updates, providing detailed analysis into recruiting performance and talent markets.
We need someone who loves a challenge and is prepared to do what it takes to find the talent our clients need. You should have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, great organisation and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with clients and candidates at all levels. Finally, you’ll be a wealth of knowledge on the latest resourcing tools.
