Become a valuable business partner for a global client. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to immerse themselves in our clients’ businesses and operate as an extension of their recruitment teams. You’ll work on RPO projects, using your skills to help global clients find the very best talent in the quickest time at the lowest cost. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, streamlining the process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll communicate with managers to understand their needs, create compelling recruitment strategies and make sure KPIs are met.
We’re looking for someone who loves a challenge and is prepared to do what it takes to find the talent our clients need. You should have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, great organisation and communication skills, and the ability to use your initiative to anticipate problems and seek out solutions. Finally, your knowledge of the recruitment industry will be second-to-none.
