We have no candidate or client ownership and encourage a mature attitude to recruitment. We urge teamwork and split fees according to collaboration between consultants, teams or offices. Sometime two heads are better than one. Our people are mature enough to work out a split that feels fair without having a rigid fee-splitting framework- no placement is the same so this makes sense and keeps everyone happy.
