With footprints in Asia, Australasia and the Middle East, we offer professional and bespoke contingency and retained search services across a variety of industrial sectors.

We look for new hires joining Charterhouse to challenge the norm and confront the why’s and how’s of traditional recruitment practice. We offer support and training to new hires. Whether this is centered around areas of recruitment, industry specialism or compliance. We’ll give you a real opportunity to leverage the office and company’s resources. If you are moving from a different country or region, we’ll help you to get settled in your new location. We will never over segregate our desks or grow so big that we ever need to cut back in a down-turn. We want a sustainable business where everyone can be a top performer, enjoy their role and make great money- our commission structure is one of the very best in the market and has been for a long time- you can expect to be earning between 35%-50% of your revenue.

At Charterhouse we operate an autonomous environment. We encourage attentiveness and diligence from our senior consultants and assist them with tools to ensure their success. We have no candidate or client ownership and encourage a mature attitude to recruitment. We urge teamwork and split fees according to collaboration between consultants, teams or offices. Sometime two heads are better than one. Our people are mature enough to work out a split that feels fair without having a rigid fee-splitting framework- no placement is the same so this makes sense and keeps everyone happy. We have a diverse mix of age groups from mid 20s up to 50s. There’s an assorted range of backgrounds including people with prior industry experience, diverse social interests and different working styles. This mix means that some people will enjoy a few drinks after work whereas others are dashing to get home to spend time with families.
