What you’ll be doing This Recruiter role has arisen as a result of expansion, so you can be sure we will keep you busy! You’ll be working as part of a team of recruiters whose role is to find high quality matching candidates as soon as possible for a range of roles. We work in a variety of sectors including IT, Engineering, Life Sciences and Professional Services and the roles can be contract or permanent. We work with many companies who are household names which means candidates are keen to work for them as they know it will look good on their CV! You have all the necessary tools to help you including SourceBreaker which searches over various job boards, LinkedIn and our database and quickly provides you with a shortlist of matching candidates. It will then provide you with a new list of suitable candidates every day!

Based on your individual performance your earnings potential is only limited by your drive and passion to succeed. You will also have the potential to gain an additional quarterly bonus for achieving your target. There are many other incentives including: All expenses paid overseas trips (which have included Brazil, Jamaica, Nepal, America, Oman and South Africa). The most recent trip to Canada included a helicopter flight over the Niagara Falls.
