This is why Sophie, our first ever Senior Talent Partner, loves her job: I love the variety of my days, and the fact that I feel constantly challenged. One day can be very management focused, helping out the team and offering feedback, and the next I could be focused on process improvement and marketing suggestions! I feel like I'm constantly developing different skills, which is very motivating. I also love the autonomy you get as an STP at Instant Impact. You can really make the project your own and put your own stamp on it. For example, I have and am continuing to develop my own leadership and management style, which is really rewarding. It’s also great working so closely with the client and offering up my own solutions when it comes to obstacles and problems. When these suggestions pay off and results improve, it does feel like you’ve had a real impact.
