The Role:

As a HR Consultant, You will be working within the HR branch of Sharp Consultancy. You will be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process, from candidates to clients and development of both. Key responsibilities will include: -Conducting face to face meetings with clients, pitching and tendering for new business -Managing key account contacts -Interviewing and assessing the capabilities and ambitions of exceptional candidates -Guiding candidates and clients through the hiring process, offering advice and coaching where needed -New business development -Developing your own personal brand and reputation You must either have a suitable background within a sales or recruitment environment with a keen desire to start your working career in a market leading recruiter.
