Due to continued growth Charterhouse recruitment group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the busy Finance & Accounting team in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to jump on a very warm desk and be able to start billing from month one, with a first year earning potential of $120,000+. • End-to-end recruitment cycle for Professional & Business Services clients • Candidate management. Communication throughout the job engagement process & aftercare. We care about our candidate's experience. • Client management & business development. Establish & nurture relationships with organisations to understand their needs & provide intelligent insights. • All the normal compliance & admin, though we have a dedicated support function to free you up from formatting resumes, writing contracts and general day-to-day admin tasks.
