We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our multi award-winning apprenticeship, training, and recruitment company! This is your chance to join a consultancy who offer our clients solutions that no-one else can, and as part of our successful hiring team you will help to drive client and candidate relationships, our activity, brand, and fee generation. Some of your duties will include working towards your agreed objectives and targets, providing effective solutions for our clients, getting involved with team and company initiatives and ensuring a high level of service all round. Not only this but you will get to take part in our aim to be the most consultative and service orientated recruiter in London. It’s a bold ambition, and to achieve it we are looking for a Consultant who is motivated, entrepreneurial, solutions orientated and, just as importantly, fun-loving.
Our consultants drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation. You will focus on new business development, managing existing client relationships, and managing the recruitment process. Working within our team, each consultant has individual goals to deliver to contribute to a team target, and ultimately, to make you successful. We operate an environment where you should be able to work autonomously when needed, but also be able to help support and drive your team forward.
• Leads through own example and fee generation • Achieves budgeted revenue and hiring targets • Sets objectives in line with team and wider business goals and ensures they are delivered • Devises successful recruitment strategies • Runs daily team meetings in line with agreed business plans • Ensures all processes and compliance procedures are followed • Attracts, retains and succession plans successful billing Consultants • Manages a balance of strategic objectives and team focus • Evaluates and manages performance levels in line with company expectations • Prepares and runs training sessions as required by the team and wider business • Works with Directors in delivering Just IT Recruitments Company Vision and • People Development Goals • Delivers headcount in line with people planning budgets • Ensures we deliver agreed core activity %
