Due to this growth, we're looking for experienced 360 Tech consultants who have the ability to develop existing relationship, whilst identifying and building new client relationships. Our London based consults benefit from: - No threshold for new starters for their first year - A standard scheme which pays out in 2 parts: A foundation bonus paying out at up to 30% based on GM performance and an additional lucrative overlay bonus paid half yearly - Overlay increases to 50% of GM for high performance. And your commission threshold is related to your particular role and commission is recognised in the month of invoicing. So you get to reap the reward of your hard work sooner.
