Our London based consults benefit from: - No threshold for new starters for their first year - A standard scheme which pays out in 2 parts: A foundation bonus paying out at up to 30% based on GM performance and an additional lucrative overlay bonus paid half yearly - Overlay increases to 50% of GM for high performance. Commission is recognised in the month of invoicing. So you get to reap the reward of your hard work sooner.
