Role Details:
We are looking for someone with at least 4 years recruitment experience within the IT sector and someone with 2+ years experience specifically in the Cyber Security sector. To become a recruitment specialist at Arrows, not only will you specialise in an IT sector (Cyber Security), we also look for our leaders to have proven experience billing within their company and building their client portfolios. Therefore business development is a must. This is a 360 role looking for quality led, ethical recruiters.
This role will give you the chance to work a pan-European market. We have an office in London and one in Amsterdam, along with clients currently engaged across the UK, Netherlands and Germany. This will therefore offer you a good base when joining our company to bill with our existing clients as we build our Cyber desk. We're all currently working fully remote, but will look to return to 2 days in the office when lockdown eases as this aligned with staff preference.

Salary and Remuneration
OTE: £76,000 - £88,000
Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Commission – up to 30% commission with quarterly bonuses for consistent performance
EMI Options scheme – eligibility for top performers to earn share options in the group every year
