We’re looking for a strong Team Leader with proven 360 Senior recruitment experience in hiring in technology (software development/engineering, devops, data) or any other market (Energy, Infrastructure, retail, pharmaceutical, finance or other) but have a passion to move into the tech world and be part of the digital movement that is everchanging and developing.

The Opportunity

As a Billing Team Leader in our Technology business you will be working as part of an established team with a wealth of technical expertise. • Managing a team within the contracts division. Reporting directly to the UK Contracts Manager. • The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. • Motivating attitude and actively engaging the culture of the company within your team • Driving a culture of high performance where team members are achieving KPIs • Consulting clients and candidates on recruitment processes and responding to needs • Identifying and developing new clients and business relationships
