Requirements What you’ll be doing • Minimum of 2 years of technical (IT, software, digital) recruiting experience focusing on Engineers / Developers • Prior experience in a full-lifecycle-recruiting, including research/sourcing role gained within a complex corporate, RPO or agency • Partner with decision makers. • You are responsible to build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
