Technical Resourcer (Contract – 6 months)

We are looking for experienced technical recruitment consultants to join our Team. We are looking for experienced consultants who have experience in the below tech markets but are not limited to: - Open Source - Front End/Mobile - Infrastructure - BA/PM - Microsoft

Key Responsibilities

• Resource the best Tech talent across Engineering (Full Stack/Back End/Front End Dev) • Build partnerships with hiring managers and the Technology business team to deliver the resourcing strategic plan for Technology • Directly and proactively source for candidates at volume • Drive improvements across Talent Team • Promote the employee value proposition for client • Be visible (even if WFH ) • Own your own process, collate and present Data to drive improvements.

Skills And Experience

• In house Tech Recruiting experience is not a necessity • Be able to deliver and receive feedback to candidates, stakeholders & peers • Experience recruiting into high-growth technology companies scaling at pace. • Understand the demands of the Technology Market • Experience managing stakeholders • Sourcing experience with Linkedin, Stack, GitHub and Google X-Ray among others • Strong networking skills and social footprint. • Customer focused and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience • Able to communicate in-depth knowledge of external market and industry trends • Outstanding communication skills (written & verbal)
