We work with some great clients, including Amazon, Deliveroo, MyTaxi, Ebay and PayPal, and provide our consultants with industry leading tools they need to stay at the top of their game.
360 Consultant should earn a third of what they bill and we structure salaries, commission accordingly. Over-achievers rate = 30% Standard rate = 20% Threshold = £4k / month
Manager, Salary = £40k+ (Promotion Target Agreed With Directors) Principal Consultant, Salary = £30-£40k (Promotion Target = £90k in 6 months) Senior Consultant, Salary = £25-£30k (Promotion Target = £75k in 6 months) Consultant, Salary = £18-£25k (Promotion Target = £60k in 6 months)
