Tech is led by Dave who joined more or less as soon as we launched, having worked with the founders before. His team has plenty of junior team members, what it really needs now is heavyweight experience; the plan is to double the team in 2019. This makes us very flexible about who we hire into the new role, or roles. Essentially, if you have experience, we are up for a discussion! Our growth plans mean we'll need people at more or less every level, contract and perm specialists across the tech spectrum. Looking for experience! After taking on a number of trainee's / 2nd jobbers, we're looking for more people to guide and mentor them at Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level. The salary shown is just a guide, and is stripped down before commission. Lets get talking about your experience, this is what will influence what we offer.
