Consultant, PR and Communications

A fantastic opportunity to join as a Consultant on the specialist PR and Communications desk. You will work with existing clients on incoming roles, build your desk, and work in an autonomous, client and candidate led manner, where your success is a result of providing a considered and first class service at all times. You will work on junior to mid level roles, working with and supporting the Head of PR and Comms, who specialises in senior level hires within the sector. This division recruits into Corporate and Financial Services clients, supporting their PR, Communications and Investor Relations hiring needs. Your success in this role will be heavily dependent on your ability to network and grow your candidate portfolio. You should be interested in headhunting and be a natural communicator able to approach the best candidates for your roles. You will be required to grow your client base, however there is an existing, very credible client portfolio with roles for you to work on.

You would therefore not be expected to build a desk from a cold start, but would support existing clients where appropriate. Although, a desire and interest in meeting new clients and introducing yourself and ISE to other firms who could benefit from our expertise, is of course an important trait to have. We are keen to welcome an experienced recruiter to join the existing team, by hiring a recruiter with a clear understanding of the central London recruitment market to provide these long standing clients with a seamless transition.

Duties

Main Responsibilities: Permanent hire recruitment – managing the recruitment process for your clients and providing a supportive and focused service to your candidates in their search. Business development – building new client relationships, further developing existing business and building a strong and consistent desk. Candidates - Interviewing and placing candidates with clients across the company. Able to build relationships, career counsel and gain recommendations.
