This is a new business role with a prime focus on the Fintech sector. From time to time you may also be asked to execute mandates originated by the team where your expertise will add value. In this instance, a fee split agreement is in place (further details will be supplied as appropriate). You will be responsible for presenting Healy Hunt’s proposition to potential clients to win new business, either operating solo or with other consultants / directors. It's always a great bonus if you have a well-developed network of contacts and for generating your own leads through research of the marketplace and following up on leads from other consultants.

You've probably got a couple of years under your belt already, but here's a refresh so you know what to expect: • Plan BD strategy in collaboration with the MD for the relevant financial year. • Source, generate and execute new business. • Market and cross sell Healy Hunt's existing sector expertise and core functional expertise. • Pitch to clients. • Communicate results of BD activity with MD to bounce ideas and collaborate on strategy. • Maintain your sector knowledge and market intelligence. So make sure you're keeping everyone up to date with your activity so we can support on more difficult clients... and pop a bottle of champers on our private balcony to celebrate your success!
