Silverdrum are Digital Media Sales & Marketing head-hunting and recruitment specialists. We have an established brand and a list of well-known media companies as clients. We are now looking to welcome our next consultant to build on success with our media agency partners with a focus on performance media and analytics roles. We're small, but with big clients. You'll be the third person in the business and we need someone that's comfortable working independently and can use their initiative. You’ll have access to all our existing clients who often require help across freelance roles which we currently do not have the capacity to handle. You will initially focus on digital marketing roles across agencies, clients and media owners.
Here's a top-line of what you'll get; • Linked In recruiter license, job slots etc • Laptop, phone bill paid for • Work directly with the Founder • Relaxed dress code • Music in the office • Option to WFH when needed • Free coffee / teas / biscuits / fruit etc • Anything else that you need to do the best job you can (within reason)
• Basic Salary is negotiable depending on what you feel you can bring. • If you hit your quarterly target you'll receive 20% of everything billed. • There are further kickers to earn 22.5% and 25% of everything billed. • You will still earn if you miss your targets, but let's not think about that. • If you introduce a piece of new business and then place someone, you automatically get 25% of the total fee • Additional kickers for growing your desk, increasing profitability and bringing on new clients
