What the position entails: • Sartre training academy – learning recruitment fundamentals in a fun and unique environment • Career development - Bespoke, individual support from the senior management team • Sartre Learning - Designed workshops to help understand our clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates for our clients utilising various recruitment tools • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of qualified candidates • Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of potential roles • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from relevant companies
