Clearly Covid has had an impact on everyone and we have adapted as most companies have to ensure we can offer flexible working whilst retaining a team environment even if you're not in the office.  

Whilst we are all at home we run a 'live virtual office' all day to ensure no one feels isolated or alone. It's been a fantastic way to keep the team together and ensure we are all working toward the same goal.  

We have a great role available with the chance to take on an existing portfolio that we have had for over 4 years. We've got proven accounts, good relationships in place and all we need now is you to come in and really take on ownership of the clients we're working with.

How we work

We focus on roles in Business Change and Transformation. That means Programme and Project Managers, Programme Directors, PMO specialists, Change Business Analysts, Change Comms Manager. Our team members focus on particular sectors and recruit either interim or perm roles so you will be taking on an established portfolio. Its a thriving market and there is a lot of opportunity. Our Consultants, Managers, Directors all have 360 billing roles. There's no ivory towers, the leadership team will be at the 'coalface' with you, supporting you, investing in you and celebrating the wins with you!

The tools you need to succeed

You will know how to recruit, you will be able to build and develop relationships with candidates and clients and we'll make sure we set you up with all the kit you need to work effectively whether you are at the office, at home or another location. You won't have to miss out on meetings or team discussions if you are working away from the office as you'll have video link technology on your laptop and phone. You will have access to a range of other software too to help you identify the best candidates on the market and deliver leads to you so that you can direct your BD activities.


We're a collaborative bunch who know that supporting each other is key to winning in a competitive recruitment market. As well as being part of a team and partner who will look at the interim (or perm if you are an interim recruiter) roles to complement your work, we have experienced recruiters in delivery support roles who know Business Transformation and PM roles inside out to help you find great people for your vacancies. You'll have regular 121s with your Manager to ensure we are helping you to be as successful as possible and there's a range of social events, some are during the working day, to help you get to know colleagues better.
