Associate Consultants at Deltra learn through formal training and on the job activities with your team. You will use your commercial acumen and ability to search (we'll help you to get accomplished in this area) to identify great people in your sectors and area of recruitment for particular vacancies and build relationships. You will meet candidates to understand their requirements for a new role, their skills and experience, to provide advice on their CV and interview style and to help them through the job application process. You will support team members by mapping out businesses we are working with or want to work with and meeting people in these organisations to build your knowledge of what is happening in the business and support commercial awareness of our markets. This will enable you to generate leads and earn bonuses by helping to place great people into vacancies your colleagues are working on.
You will receive a variety of training to help you do your job brilliantly and to think commercially so that there is always purpose to the activities you undertake - we don't want people doing anything for doings sake! You will learn to prioritise in order to fully support the team you work with and as your knowledge, confidence and capability increases, you will start to map out the market you would like to develop as a Consultant taking into consideration the network you are building, opportunities that exist in particular markets and the relationships we have established to support your success. Once you have achieved ability to use our systems, assess our candidates, generate leads and map out markets you will be ready for promotion to Consultant and Business Development will be a new area to develop into.
