Our Consultants focus either permanent or interim roles. There will be achievable KPIs and revenue targets that are purely about providing a framework for success. They are focused on areas that you can control and support you to build your knowledge of the market you work in. (Show us a successful recruiter who doesn't set targets - we are yet to meet one) You will be expected to identify relevant people in your market – at the level we recruit candidates and clients are one and the same; undertake research to know the companies that are hiring in your market; understand the key drivers influencing change in those businesses; put action plans in place to make inroads and build your desk This might involve hosting or attending events, publishing thought leadership articles, attending meetings, talking on the phone, posting tweets – we know recruiting takes effort and hard work and you will have a team of people around you that will encourage, support and help you be successful.
We pay a competitive salary and excellent commission between 18 and 30%. There are a range of incentives to win weekly, monthly and quarterly vouchers or cash payments, slap up lunches, afternoons away from the office (not requiring you to take annual leave!), top biller and team prizes. Annual prizes for billing, placements and margins have resulted in our consultants getting vouchers worth over £2k towards holidays of their choice.
