The Business

We have established a range of teams all focusing on Change Management and Business Transformation vacancies across a wide range of commercial business sectors. Our culture is all about building strong relationships; the potential or ability to do this has remained central to how we hire team members and develop our people since Deltra was launched in 2010. The future is all about growing our interim and permanent recruitment markets further, investing in and developing our people and expanding our Change Management recruitment into new commercial sectors.

The Role

Our Consultants focus on permanent or interim roles and build excellent awareness of what is happening in their markets. KPIs and revenue targets are purely about providing a framework for success. They are achievable and support you to build your network and knowledge of the market you work in. (Show us a successful recruiter who doesn't set targets - we are yet to meet one) You will be expected to • carry out a 360-recruiter role (with shared delivery support) • understand the key drivers influencing business change in your market • deliver on agreed action plans to manage and build your portfolio • host, attend or facilitate networking events This might also involve publishing thought leadership articles, posting tweets – we know recruiting takes effort and hard work and you will have a team of people around you that will encourage, support and help you be successful.

Excellent commission starting at 15% with no threshold for perm roles and goes up to 30% (threshold in place) Flexible working - we have part time and full time staff members and everyone can work from home a couple of times per month - you will have be provided with a laptop and phone and all our software can be accessed remotely. Weekly, monthly and quarterly incentives, slap up lunches, afternoons away from the office (not requiring you to take annual leave!), top biller and team prizes. Annual prizes for billing, placements and margins have resulted in our consultants getting vouchers worth over £2k towards holidays of their choice.
