Deltra Group has successfully established six teams all focusing on Change Management and Business Transformation vacancies across a wide range of business sectors. Financial Services and Legal sectors have been a focus area for us since we started the company. The Role

Billing Manager roles in our business have proven to work and we have top billers successfully managing teams from the way we have set up our team structures. • Lead and develop a team of three consultants • Manage team P&L and agree growth targets with AD • Agree team networking events and business focus activities • Lead by example in achieving own billing responsibilities • Identify new business targets and account development opportunities • Work with internal support teams to support the team's success • Sit on the leadership team at Deltra Group • Contribute to business improvement activities and social events. We think this role would be a great career development opportunity for someone who has previously managed at least two people and understands what is involved in getting the best out of others.

The team focuses on Change Management vacancies across Financial Services and Legal sector - at Deltra this means banks, mortgage providers, payments and pensions businesses, wealth and asset managers, insurance companies and law firms. Deltra is proud to have developed strong work relationships with some great businesses that are attractive to Change Management professionals in this field. Currently the team is managed from Director level but in order to ensure each team member receives adequate input to achieve their potential, to enable us to grow further into this market and to maintain strong team knowledge about this sector we have created a manager level position. Our culture is one that leads from the front, hence billing manager roles (Directors generate revenue in our company too). We are collaborative too, so you will have support from other team managers, as well as from the AD you report to and from our L&D, internal hiring and marketing specialists.

The Opportunity

We aren’t looking for someone to take on a cold desk and build it from scratch, we have established revenue lines from a range of businesses. We do however want you to work with your team and your Director to agree plans moving forward; identify the right areas to focus on and develop what we have further. An example of this would be growing revenue in particular markets within Financial Services; growing the team and ensuring existing team members achieve the promotions that they are working towards. There is opportunity for your role to grow if this is what appeals to you. Success in this role could mean promotion to AD, developing future team managers, principal consultants and successful billers. However, there isn’t just one career path; there is a lot of potential in our business.

We will pay you a competitive salary and provide excellent individual commission on revenue generated (up to 30%) as well as a manager bonus.
