Deltra Group has successfully established six teams all focusing on Change Management and Business Transformation vacancies across a wide range of business sectors. Financial Services and Legal sectors have been a focus area for us since we started the company. We are proud to have built and maintained strong working relationships with professionals working in this sector and our success is based on being credible in our markets and delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both our candidate and clients. The culture here is all about building strong relationships; the potential or ability to do this has remained central to how we hire team members and develop our people since Deltra was launched in 2010. The future is all about growing our markets further, expanding our Change Management recruitment into new commercial sectors and establishing permanent recruitment teams to work alongside our interim teams.
Billing Manager roles in our business have proven to work and we have top billers successfully managing teams from the way we have set up our team structures. You will be responsible for leading a growing team of three consultants and will benefit from resourcing support to ensure you are still able to successfully deliver results on your own vacancies. We would like you to take responsibility for your team’s budget and P&L and agree growth targets with your Director. You will have autonomy to fund team events and agree focus of activity with your team. You will receive guidance where needed and we will support management development training as well as any training for your team via our L&D function. We think this role would be a great career development opportunity for someone who has previously managed at least two people and understands what is involved in getting the best out of others.
The team focuses on Change Management vacancies across Financial Services - at Deltra this means banks, mortgage providers, payments and pensions businesses, insurance companies etc… Deltra is proud to have developed strong work relationships with some great businesses that are attractive to Change Management professionals in this field. Currently the team is managed from Director level but in order to ensure each team member receives adequate input to achieve their potential, to enable us to grow further into this market and to maintain strong team knowledge about this sector we have created a manager level position. Our culture is one that leads from the front, hence billing manager roles (Directors generate revenue in our company too). We are collaborative too, so you will have support from other team managers, as well as from the AD you report to and from our L&D, internal hiring and marketing specialists.
We aren’t looking for someone to take on a cold desk and build it from scratch, we have established revenue lines from a range of businesses. We do however want you to work with your team and your Director to agree plans moving forward; identify the right areas to focus on and develop what we have further. An example of this would be growing revenue in particular markets within Financial Services; growing the team and ensuring existing team members achieve the promotions that they are working towards. There is opportunity for your role to grow if this is what appeals to you. Future development may include becoming an Associate Director role if multiple team management is what you’d like to do; or developing your own clients further whilst bringing through future team managers, principal consultants and successful billers if that is what success looks like from your point of view. What we are saying is there isn’t just one career path; there is a lot of potential in our business.
We will pay you a competitive salary and provide excellent individual commission on revenue generated (up to 30%). Additionally, there are a range of incentives to win vouchers, slap up lunches, afternoons away from the office (not requiring you to take annual leave!), top biller and top team prizes. The company funds a variety of social events. We will also listen to you and be happy to take on board recommendations you make about your teams development and business improvement. You can get breakfast at the office each day and we provide a range of snacks, treats and drinks to keep you going too! Oh and there is a dart board (and darts!). On top of this you will be eligible to join the EMI scheme, receive healthcare, pension, holiday (of course), discounts and offers the business is signed up to and you will be eligible for further benefits including gym membership after 12 months.
