Billing Manager roles in our business have proven to work and we have top billers successfully managing teams from the way we have set up our team structures. You will be responsible for leading a small team and will benefit from resourcing support to ensure you are still able to successfully deliver results on your own vacancies. We would like you to take responsibility for your team’s budget and P&L and agree growth targets with your Director. You will have autonomy to fund team events. If this is an area where you feel you will need some support initially, we have this covered. You will always be guided and supported when needed and we will support management development training as well as any training for your team via our L&D function. We think this role would be a great career development opportunity for someone who has previously managed at least one person or acted in a team leader capacity and understands what is involved in getting the best out of others.
The team focuses on Change Management vacancies across Life Sciences - at Deltra this means companies focusing on pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food/beverage manufacturers, biotechnology, chemicals etc… Deltra is proud to have developed strong work relationships with some great businesses that are attractive to Change Management professionals in this field. we want to take this further! Our culture is one that leads from the front and collaborates with others so you will have support from other team managers, as well as from the AD you report to. The current team is motivated and proving they can develop new business as well as deliver to existing clients having placed roles with new clients month on month and achieving their 2018 growth target. So why do we need a Manager? We want to ensure the team is guided well to build on the current success. We want you to develop existing team members to achieve their full potential and also grow the team further. We want to grow!
We have established revenue lines from a range of businesses. We want you to work your team and AD to identify the right areas to focus on and develop what we have further. An example of this might be bringing in perm focused consultants to service these roles as well as our interim and contract roles. This is an area we know holds a massive growth opportunity for Deltra. Perhaps you want to focus on the perm market and work closely with your team members who are successfully building relationships via contract placements? There is great opportunity for your role to grow. Future development includes managing a larger team; developing into an AD if multiple team management is what you’d like to do; developing your own clients further whilst bringing through future team managers and successful consultants if that is what success looks like from your point of view.
