The Associate Director role is a new one for us, with two positions open, we were lucky to be able promote from within for one. We're now interested in finding the right person to fill the second position. This role is all about leading from the front. Show the teams that you manage that you can bill and inspire. We have a great group of consultants & managers that will report to you, they just need support & guidance to be the best in their field. We want you to be part of our Leadership team & have responsibility for the P&L of one of our most successful divisions. This is also our major growth area so there's a great opportunity to bill & build your own portfolio. You will have our full support to grow the team & identify the best ways of working, & where our people need help. You'll also be working alongside the other AD to ensure the entire company is working to the same goal. This role is ideal for someone who has led a team before & wants to be part of the strategy team.

We are working with some of the biggest brands in the UK. The teams you'll manage sit across the retail, leisure, transport, utilities and property markets. As you might expect, you will hold full P&L responsibility of those teams and plan for future growth both in existing and new business sectors. We want our teams to grow and believe that leading by example achieves this so we want you to still enjoy getting out there with our customers and use these opportunities, where appropriate to support the development of your more junior consultants. This includes developing existing staff to achieve Senior and Principal Consultant promotions and developing existing and future managers to grow their team and oversee their P&L duties. As the business grows further you will help to develop potential ADs from within the business and in turn develop your own role.
