This, matched with an industry-leading database (alongside all other recruiting tools necessary) will give you the very best chance of quick and ongoing success. Inheriting a warm desk, with nationwide clients as varied as retailers, media, construction, finance etc. we're looking for the successful applicant to (comfortably) build a six-figure desk over your initial twelve months whilst focusing on career development with targeted moves either into management or leadership within the business. You'll work alongside your team on every position taken into the business with a simple 50/50 sales-and-resourcing split model in operation, enabling us to be as efficient as possible on delivery to new vacancies.
