Procurement & Supply Chain is one of our most exciting and fastest growing divisions here at Portfolio. This position will give you the opportunity of two paths inside the business: either taking on more seniority from a Consultant-perspective (senior -> principal etc.) or in to management, the majority of which have been promoted from Consultant roles previously. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team here in Portfolio Procurement already boasting a wealth of industry knowledge however will be part of a much bigger picture. Across our four divisions we've now surpassed the magic 50 headcount mark as a business (20%+ growth in the past 12 months) and can pull on a huge amount of experience across the business. Carefully selecting our divisions, we network in the same circles and can therefore be constantly cross-selling as a business in order to maximise opportunities with our huge client base. The Procurement team specifically will grow in the next 3-6 months by 2-3 headcount and onwards and upwards from there. This of course is an excellent opportunity to join and be an integral part of the growth - every hire we make here hugely contributing to our internal recruitment effort also.
Is warm and comes with a mix of clients that our team have built up while connecting with clients who have recruited through us for years across the Group. Has established and developed relationships, PSL clients, some candidates are also hiring Managers aswell as plenty of new business and client development of your own. It’s a great opportunity for a Consultant that wants to be part of building and expanding a brand within an already well know business. They'll have the whole of the UK to work with so plenty of scope when it comes to the market, making the most of relationships other Consultants have within the Group and you'll work with them when going out on client meetings and marketing. They won't be pigeon holed to a certain industry, you'll partner with clients from Media, Financial Services, Construction, Manufacturing right through to Aerospace, Retail and Technology...for the most part they'll be working with direct line managers, HR or Finance and occasionally with RPOs

You'll be a proven biller within your chosen field (Professional Services desired but not essential) as well as having experience managing Consultants in previous positions - whether this be in a managerial role or as a Senior/Managing Consultant. Naturally you'll be a key point of contact for candidates and clients and we want people that truly care about building and developing long lasting relationships and providing a great service. You'll be someone that takes pride in the way you represent yourself as an individual and promoting our brand, honesty and passion when speaking to your candidates/clients.
