Well as a Senior Consultant I'm thinking you've a few years under your belt so I'm pretty sure you know what our day to day job is, but like anyone looking for their next move you want to know what do we recruit for, who do we recruit for, what are we and the team like and how much money can I make....right?! Well this is recruiting into the HR & Reward sector with opportunities to come in and run a temp or perm desk, working with some world renowned organisations including Bloomberg, SONY, BNP Paribas, Starbucks, Alliance & MTV/Viacom to name but a few, you'll be working with clients across the UK. ...money?..there's lots to earn and plenty of business to go at, also everyone is on the same incentive scheme so it's there for the taking. Yes you'll have to bring in new business, yes you'll have to chase leads and yes there will be some KPI's, HR is newer but it just so happens the Group have been around for almost 30 years, clients know who we are, this makes it a little easier!
Are abit smaller than some of the others with the Director of perms as the Manager, then Senior Consultants and Consultants. One of our guys has worked in Payroll & Credit Control, buggered off travelling for a bit... (missed us too much) and came back to HR & Reward. While it's one of the newer divisions, these guys can piggy back on our 30 year relationships with clients on the Payroll side which in alot of organisations HR is quite closely aligned with! We like abit of a shortcut, so why not use it, jump on guys! You'll have a desk with your own clients which you can place your own candidates into for 100% of the fee & comms OR you can split the fee with someone in the team and have their candidates in your jobs and your candidates in theirs! There's support and training and daily team meetings, but no micromanagement, we trust you can string a decent email together and have a constructive conversation without us peering over your shoulder all day.

Is warm and comes with a mix of clients that our team have built up on HR while connecting with clients who have recruited through us for years. Has established and developed relationships, PSL clients, some candidates are also hiring Managers aswel as plenty of new business and client development of your own. It’s a great opportunity for a Consultant that wants to be part of building and expanding a brand within an already well know business. You'll have the whole of the UK to work with so plenty of scope when it comes to the market, making the most of relationships other Consultants have within the Group and you'll work with them when going out on client meetings and marketing. You won't be pigeon holed to a certain industry, instead you'll partner with clients from Media, Financial Services, Construction, Manufacturing right through to Aerospace, Retail and Technology...for the most part you'll be working with direct line managers, HR or Finance and occasionally with RPO's.
For starters you'll be a Consultant that actually enjoys Recruitment. Ideally you'll have recruited into HR but want to broaden your remit with industry and coverage. Naturally you'll be a key point of contact for candidates and clients and we want people that truly care about building and developing long lasting relationships and providing a great service....slap dash quite simply isn't good enough. You'll be someone that takes pride in the way you represent yourself as an individual and promoting our brand, honesty and passion when speaking to your candidates/clients. Good recruiters know the small things can make such a big difference. Someone that likes to talk so you don't shy away from the phone, call us old school but recruitment isn't a computers job, it's a persons and we like people who talk with a voice and not with a keyboard. We like people without ego's, we just want good consultants to do a good job, for yourself, for the business and for clients and candidates.
