We're Hiring!

We are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to take ownership of this relatively new area for us at Pioneer Search. This role will involve both candidate delivery and business development, but with a heavy focus on business development initially to build out a brand new client base and jobs to then deliver to. This is an exciting position for someone who is passionate about the sector and wants to build something for themselves whilst also having the support of a collaborative and supportive environment.

Since then Pioneer has grown and evolved into the business it is today. We have 5 teams; Core Technology, Change & Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security & Cloud and Electronics Engineering. Within the teams Consultants focus on different areas such as; Software Development, Infrastructure & Cloud, BI & Big Data, Embedded, Data Science, Electronics and Agile & Change.

Commission Scheme

Actual GP pm - Percentage paid at each level £0 - £5,000 - 5% £5,001 - £10,000 - 15% £10,001 - £15,000 - 20% £15,001 - £20,000 - 25% £20,001+ - 30% Split Deals - Split Roles 100% - Account owner + Candidate 80% - Account Delivery + Candidate 60% - Candidate only

Being a small office means culture and fit is imperative for us. We all get on and like banter but we're also well aware we have a job to get done. What do we want?

- 2-4 years of Recruitment experience either within Technology or Data & Analytics - Experience of both Client and Candidate Management - Strong depth of character with a sales personality - Excellent written & verbal English - Solid academics with A Levels or a Degree - Drive!

Training and Development

Once new starters have learnt the basics we do offsite training with our Director Mark and Associate Director Pratap on client info/contracts/candidate interviewing. You will be supported by all consultants in the business as well. We also use an external training provider where we will select specific courses relevant for your level and where you want to go in your career at Pioneer. Throughout your career at Pioneer you have access to both Director's of the business, who are both on hand if you have any questions. You will also have constant support from Pioneer's Office Manager who can answer most other questions you might have!
