We are currently looking for an Associate Director to join us here at Pioneer Search to focus on team management and new client acquisition in EMEA. Pioneers core specialisms cover Technology, Business Change, Data Science, Cyber Security and Electronics Engineering recruitment. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support the Electronics, Data Science and Change teams. With 30 years leadership in the business Pioneer Search was created 7 years ago to deliver a market leading and truly consultative recruitment experience. Spearheaded from our London HQ in the heart of the City, you will get the opportunity to work in a prestigious office and report directly to the Managing Director.
- You will be managing multiple teams who work across; Electronics Engineering, Data & Analytics and Change - driving sales and managing any team learning and development needs - This role will be split between managing team performance whilst also bringing on your own clients and utilising the different verticals to fill positions - You will report directly into the Managing Director of the business and be expected to report on team performance - Networking at industry events, seminars to build strategic long-term relationships
- 5+ years Technology or Change recruitment experience - Experience of both team management and business development - Enterprising approach to networking and client acquisition - Someone that likes to build and work with a team - Leadership potential
