Across all teams, the role of Senior Consultant is a key position… Senior Consultants are the heartbeat of Reuben Sinclair. You are often the face of the business, leading on client accounts, new business pitches, managing delivery projects - you own the whole picture and we guarantee to develop your skills and experience in areas other companies won't. You lead by example and play a crucial role in developing more junior team members. You will have the opportunity to deliver training programmes, run events, develop your public speaking (if you want to), present genuine innovation to clients, manage larger scale projects and lots more besides. We are looking for Senior Consultants across our Sales, Marketing, PR and Digital teams, with either Perm or Contract recruitment experience. You have an upbeat, ambitious and collaborative approach to business and have a great work ethic.
We're confident our commission schemes are superior to our competitors with 20%, 30%, 40% bandings plus additional bonuses for achieving target. We also provide additional personal incentives each quarter for exceeding target depending on what is a personal motivator: Google analytics course, horse riding lessons, flights for your holiday paid etc. In addition, we provide entrepreneur commission schemes for consultants developing new markets which enable you to achieve even higher commission rates for the first 6 months.
