Then please read further. Working from home requires experience, hence, we are not looking for consultants who are in their first 2 or 3 years of recruitment adventure. It requires trust and we are seeking honest, and decent recruiters. You have seen it all, you do the right things and still have the passion to help clients and candidates. You innovate but you don’t bullshit. You can motivate yourself to deliver results without supervision. You take your job seriously and professionally. You own it. You also have strong interest, passion and ideally experience in the IT sector.
• Consecutive years of high billings (£150k+) in digital and IT markets • A consistent track record of delivering roles into a niche IT market. • Capability to develop a business plan in line with company values and execute in quarterly, monthly and weekly metrics • Ability to talk in depth about current trends and the digital / IT recruitment landscape • Utilise networking skills to increase revenue generated • Capability to network within the market place, attend conferences and events and represent FreshtechIT and our areas of expertise • Understand and utilise company tools • Skill to plan and manage your day to take advantage of core business hours Good understanding of IT/ Digital roles and the market Expert Headhunter
