The Role • Work with a range of highly technical and interesting businesses; • Partner with decision makers to really clarify what they are looking for and forecast when they are going to need to hire. Understanding the business, culture and calibre of candidates they will need for their teams. • Identify the business, people and the key hires they need to grow their business. • Meet as many amazing candidates as possible, build a strong network of connections across a variety of disciplines and create shortlists for retained assignments; • Attend and run industry events, being a brand advocate, sharing learnings with your team; • Manage social media and candidate CRM strategy.

We have a unique commission structure which strives to continually deliver to existing business, whilst also incentivising growth in new business too. Each month, there is a rolling£3k threshold. Existing Account Commission £3k-£20k 20% £21k+ 25% New Business Commission £3k-£20k 25% £21k-£35k 30% £36k+ 40% on all roles Contract 20% As a Managing Consultant your override would be 5% revenue of the team.

We're keen to engage with experienced 360 technology recruiters with ideally 5 years experience in recruiting in Software Development, Infrastructure and Front-End roles. Ideally you'll have a strong track record with expertise in this field with experience in building a desk in this arena.
